JUNIPER LEATHER opens with a cool, resinous juniper that feels sharp and clean. Lavender softens the edge without turning powdery, while aldehydes add a bright, slightly metallic lift that keeps the entrance crisp. The top feels aromatic and upright, leaning into the fresh spicy accord without becoming loud or medicinal.
The heart introduces iris and rose. Iris brings a dry, root-like texture that grounds the florals, while rose adds a muted, dusty sweetness. Together they bridge the bright opening and the darker base. Vetiver and papyrus enter with a dry, grassy woodiness, and oakmoss deepens the blend with an earthy, mossy weight. Leather sits underneath, smooth and slightly bitter, tying the woody and aromatic threads together.
The composition stays dry and structured throughout, favoring earthy and aldehydic tones over warmth or sweetness. It suits cooler days when a crisp, woody profile feels appropriate. The one limitation is the aldehydes, which can feel a bit too sharp and synthetic against the natural leather and moss.
