The base reveals a complex drydown built around oud, amber, benzoin, iris, and musk. The oud adds a deep, resinous weight while the benzoin and amber contribute a warm, resinous sweetness. Iris brings a powdery softness that mingles with the musky foundation. The overall impression is powdery, woody, and lightly animalic. The composition feels dense and layered, with the fruity opening long gone and the florals now sitting quietly beneath the heavier materials.
