Cinnamon and cloves take over quickly, wrapping the skin in a dry, powdered heat that lingers for hours without needing a refresh. Turkish rose sits beside them, petal-soft and slightly medicinal, while cumin and ylang-ylang push the heart toward a dense, exotic warmth. Freesia lightens the middle just enough to stop it from feeling too heavy.
Cedar and sandalwood give the drydown a polished wood floor smoothness, with amber and tonka bean adding a golden, resinous weight that stays near the body through an entire evening out. Patchouli and castoreum bring a dark, animalic depth that clings to fabric and skin alike. Vanilla rounds the base with a creamy sweetness that never quite overtakes the spice. Musk ties it together with a soft, skin-like haze. The composition feels rich and layered, but the cumin can read sharp and sweaty on some skin, turning what should be a regal blend into something oddly pungent.
