Our take

Angel Soirée opens like a fistful of powdered sugar and pink fruit syrup, litchi and strawberry leading the charge while marshmallow and apricot add a sticky, almost candied gloss. The heart folds in rose and violet with a whisper of milk, turning the sweetness creamy and slightly floral, like a dollop of rosewater whipped cream. By the dry down, vanilla and praline sit on a powdery bed of musk and sandalwood, soft and faint, a gentle fade rather than a finish.

This is a perfume built for close hugs and sunny afternoons, not grand entrances. Its overall character is that of a candied pink cloud that dissolves the moment you try to hold it, lovely but fleeting. The sillage hovers at skin level, and longevity barely scrapes two hours, which is a genuine shame because the scent itself is charming and unapologetically sweet. It feels synthetic in the way a jar of strawberry marshmallow fluff is synthetic, but the powdered, lactonic undertones keep it from tipping into cloying.

Who should wear it? The person who wants a cheap thrill for a spring picnic or a lazy summer brunch, someone who doesn’t mind reapplying every ninety minutes. Skip it if you crave depth, projection, or any sort of lasting impression. This is a fling, not a romance.
