Character
The room is dim, lit only by the amber glow of a single lamp and the quiet hum of late evening conversation. A man leans back in a leather chair, sleeves rolled to the elbow, the air around him carrying a bright flash of orange oil and bergamot that cuts through the stillness. Saffron and mint bring a cool, metallic edge to the opening, while cardamom adds a gentle heat that settles fast. Red thyme and wormwood move through the middle with a dry, herbal bitterness, lavender softening the edges just enough before cinnamon wraps the blend in a warm, dusty spice.
The base gathers tonka bean and vanilla into a smooth, rounded sweetness, patchouli and oakmoss pulling the scent toward the earth, amber glowing beneath it all like embers in a grate, cedar lending a clean, dry structure to the heavier notes. The fragrance sits close to the skin, part of the room now rather than something applied to it, the aromatic and mossy threads weaving through the air as the conversation continues and the lamp flickers once against the wall
