Our take

Rendezvous Attar smells like a leather workshop that has been left open to the air. The citrus notes of lemon and bergamot sit beside orange blossom and violet leaf, but they do not dominate the room. Black pepper and artemisia add a fresh spicy and herbal edge that keeps the white floral accord from feeling too soft. Cedar and suede appear alongside the leather, giving the scent a woody texture that feels natural rather than polished. The ozonic accord lifts the heavier materials so the fragrance does not sit flat against the skin.

Ambergris and benzoin bring an amber warmth that deepens the animalic character of the blend. The leather and suede grow richer as the benzoin wraps around them, creating a resinous layer that feels intimate and slightly rugged. Cedar supports this base with a dry woodiness that avoids sharpness. The herbal quality of artemisia lingers near the amber, adding a green touch to what could have been a purely dark composition. Violet leaf and orange blossom remain present in the background, their white floral softness now threaded through the resin and hide.

The overall impression is of a material that keeps shifting between the herbal citrus top and the heavy amber leather below. Suede and cedar hold their ground while the animalic accord adds a raw edge that some will find compelling and others will find too much. It suits cooler days when you want something that feels constructed from real elements rather than a clean laboratory blend. The Dua Brand created a scent that stays close to the skin yet carries a distinct personality through its mix of resin, wood, and flower. The herbal notes continue to weave through the amber
