The opening brings caraway and cinnamon forward with cherry blossom softening the edge. The spices feel dry and warm, while the blossom adds a light floral touch that does not dominate. The heart turns toward almond and heliotrope with davana and black currant adding roundness. Labdanum gives the center a resinous weight that carries the sweeter elements without letting them feel loose. The base brings leather and vanilla together with benzoin, so the finish is smooth and slightly resinous.
The leather is present but not harsh, and the vanilla stays close to the resin instead of leaning fully sweet. Almond runs through much of the wear and ties the floral and fruity parts together. It feels aromatic and a little animalic at times, which keeps the profile from settling into something plain. The nutty and sweet facets stay balanced by the spice and the leather.
