Character
Petitgrain and cardamom open with a brisk, green bite that feels like stepping into cool air after a warm room. The spice is present but restrained, letting the citrus edge of the petitgrain lead before the heart takes over.
Violet, iris, and rose arrive together in a soft wave. The violet sits forward, powdery and slightly candied, while the iris adds a dry, root-like texture that keeps the flowers from becoming too sweet. Rose supports the blend with a gentle, familiar warmth.
Leather, amber, sandalwood, musk, and orris form a base that is more about texture than weight. The leather is smooth rather than rugged, and the sandalwood and orris give it a creamy, slightly dusty finish. It reads as a modern floral woody musk that balances aromatic spice with classic powder.
The accord list is long, and that is where the limitation sits. With ten accords and eleven notes, the composition tries to cover every angle at once. The result is pleasant and polished, but it rarely settles into a clear identity of its own.
