Fragrance notes
Character
A narrow stone path winds between damp hedgerows after a cold rain, and the air carries the bright snap of tangerine and lemon zest. Basil leaves brush against the skin, green and slightly peppery, while bergamot adds a clean edge to the orange that glows in the grey light. Carnation soon steps forward with a clove-like warmth, joined by cinnamon that curls through the air like woodsmoke from a nearby chimney. Jasmine and rose sit quietly behind the spice, their petals soft but not sweet enough to distract from the crispness still clinging to the air.
Beneath it all, sandalwood and cedar create a dry, resinous floor, while ambergris and vanilla lend a golden weight that feels at home against the chill. Labdanum and benzoin add a faint stickiness, like sap on bark, and oakmoss brings the damp earth closer to the senses. Cypriol and oud ground the scene with a dark, mineral depth that makes the path feel older than it looks, the kind of place where the air holds onto every note at once, letting the citrus, the spice, and the heavy woods mingle in a single breath that keeps unfolding as the clouds shift
