Our take

Volumna can feel heavy for anyone who prefers a light, airy floral. The tuberose and coconut in the heart lean thick, and the almond adds a dense, marzipan-like weight that does not lift easily. Combined with vanilla and musk in the base, the blend moves toward a rich, almost cloying sweetness that demands attention. Mango and black currant give the opening a bright, fruity start, but they quickly step aside for the white florals and powdery sandalwood to take over.

The composition stays present through a full day of wear, and the scent carries well beyond the immediate skin. Tuberose and coconut drive that presence, supported by rose and red poppy in the heart. Vanilla and musk anchor the base, allowing the fruity and floral notes to linger without thinning out. It is a sweet, tropical fragrance with a powdery finish, firmly positioned in the feminine market and composed by Enrico Buccella during the 2000s.

The density remains the real drawback. Once the hibiscus and mango fade, the almond and tuberose dominate in a way that can overwhelm. It is a rich, floral fruity perfume that suits cooler evenings or occasions where a bold statement is welcome, but wearers who dislike heavy, sweet compositions will find it difficult to enjoy. The weight never lets up, and that limits how often it feels appropriate to reach for the bottle.
