Our take

Light Air opens with a sharp bite of black pepper that immediately meets the juicy brightness of pineapple and the tart snap of lime. The entrance feels energetic and a bit rough around the edges, skipping any smooth transition in favor of a direct hit of spice and sour fruit.

Soon the pepper steps back as lavender and cinnamon move in, joined by the green scent of apple tree. The cinnamon adds a warm, dry heat that keeps the fruit from leaning sugary, while the lavender brings a clean, herbal layer that keeps the composition feeling masculine and composed rather than playful.

Cedar and hinoki form a dry, resinous foundation that grounds the earlier brightness with a woody seriousness. Musk softens the edges just enough to make the scent wearable for daily use, though the overall impression stays crisp and upright rather than cozy or enveloping.

This is a good choice for spring and summer days when you want to smell put together without reaching for something heavy. It suits someone who likes citrus and spice but prefers a dry finish over a sweet one. The final impression is a blend of cedar and hinoki.
