Salt spray hits the face as wind pushes across the breakwater. Grapefruit brightens the air first, sharp and cold, then the water takes over. Sea salt clings to the skin and seaweed drifts through the air, wet and heavy. The rocks underfoot are slick with moss, and the air carries a warm, animalic breath of ambergris that feels alive against the cold water.
This is not a clean, soapy ocean. The seaweed smells green and slightly rotten in the best way, grounded by earthy moss that sticks to everything it touches. Ambergris adds a dirty warmth that keeps the scene from feeling like a bathroom product. It is aromatic and citrus-driven at the start, but the heart belongs to the water itself, salty and aquatic, pulling the scent toward something wild.
Sunlight moves across the surface while the air stays cool near the water. The marine accord feels natural here, surrounded by stone and moving tide, far from any closed room. Citrus lingers in the background while the salt dominates the air, and the mossy, earthy base holds the entire scene together against the wind.
The spray continues to hit the face while the grapefruit fades into the salt and the ambergris warms the air around the body, mixing with the seaweed and the moss as the tide pulls back over the rocks
