It’s a promising blast, fresh and aromatic, but the heart reveals the trick: Madagascar pepper crackles against a surprisingly creamy sesame note, while the lavender extract sits low, herbal without being medicinal. This is where the fragrance finds its real personality, an unexpectedly powdery, nutty sweetness that reads like the warm, slightly synthetic amber of a nightclub’s velvet rope. Then the drydown hits vanilla bean and sweet almond, milky and skin-hugging, but the “skin” accord feels more like a whisper than a presence. And that’s the problem.
