Atlantis
Fragrance notes
Character
Atlantis opens with sudachi citrus and bergamot that feel bright and immediate. Pink pepper adds a small lift, while peach gives a soft, rounded edge. Turkish rose oil sits close to the surface, floral and slightly resinous. Ambergris appears early and carries through the heart, where pomegranate blossom and osmanthus bring a gentle fruit tone. Lavender and jasmine sambac keep the center airy, and ylang-ylang adds a creamy weight that prevents the florals from feeling thin. The movement stays smooth rather than sharp, with the citrus stepping back as the middle deepens.
The base gathers frankincense, myrrh, and labdanum around oud and atlas cedar. Sandalwood and vanilla soften the resins, while coumarin adds a mild, hay-like warmth. Ambergris remains present throughout, tying the layers together so the transition feels continuous. The overall impression is citrus, green, amber, floral, and fruity in equal measure. It suits cool air and pale sunlight, the kind of daylight that falls across a quiet room where a wooden table holds a bowl of peeled sudachi and a small dish of frankincense.
