Cardamom and iris take over with a soft, powdery warmth that suits a wool coat and a street lit by orange lamps. Geranium keeps the heart from becoming too sleepy, while violet leaves add a green whisper that fits a cool evening walk. Cedar and oak give the base a dry wood character that grounds the vanilla without letting it turn sweet. Amber lingers in the background, adding a gentle heat that works when the air has a bite to it.
