Vanille
Fragrance notes
Character
The opening blends rose leaf and mint with black currant. The mint is fresh and the currant adds a tart edge. Rose sits behind them, soft rather than loud. The green accord is present from the first moment and carries through the early stage without fading quickly.
Vanilla appears in the heart alongside caramel and plum. The caramel brings a dense sweetness that the plum rounds out with a dark fruit tone. Cedar and amber form the base, giving the vanilla a dry, woody frame. The scent stays near the body and maintains a steady presence through several hours without overwhelming the air around you.
The powdery facet grows stronger as the hours pass. It becomes the main impression, sitting over the vanilla and wood. The caramel loses its shape and the fruit recedes. The composition feels flat once the bright top notes leave, and the drydown lacks the movement found in the earlier stages.
