Our take

You press the nozzle and get a sharp, green apple bite cut with grapefruit’s citrus tang, a little sour and electric, like the first crack of a morning commute. The magnolia adds a creamy, almost waxy floral warmth that tugs the fruit toward something more polished. Within minutes, the heart unfurls a bouquet of lily-of-the-valley and violet, sweet and slightly powdery, with tuberose and rose adding a buttery density. The dry down is a soft, woody musk anchored by sandalwood and white amber, but it’s a quiet fade, not a statement.

This is a cucumber sandwich of a perfume. A perfectly adequate, nicely assembled floral fruity that smells clean and vaguely youthful, like a freshly showered woman in a crisp sundress on a humid July afternoon. It’s synthetic in a well-executed way, mainstream in the best sense of accessible, but the sillage is shy and longevity hovers around three hours. After the top notes evaporate, you’re left sniffing your wrist to remind yourself you’re wearing anything at all. The projection is a gentle hug, not a hello across the room.

It suits someone who wants a safe, inoffensive spring or summer day scent for the office or brunch. Skip it if you crave projection, a complex woody base, or anything that lasts through a lunch rush. Why pay for intensity that evaporates before your second coffee?
