Black currant adds a tart bite to the leaves, keeping the start brisk rather than sweet. Jasmine enters soon after, soft and slightly indolic, while nutmeg brings a gentle heat that prevents the white floral heart from floating away. The spice is present but never overwhelming, sitting comfortably beside the flowers.
Patchouli and vanilla anchor the blend with a woody, balsamic weight. The vanilla here is dense and resinous, not a light sugar dusting, and it merges with the earthy patchouli to create a powdery finish. Losanges feels substantial and a bit old-fashioned, evoking a formal evening coat rather than a casual jacket. It carries a confident, traditional character that leans into the warmer side of the oriental floral family.
