I Am Free
Fragrance notes
Character
The sun sits high over a wooden boardwalk that runs along a pale beach. Warm planks heat the soles of bare feet while a breeze carries fine mist from the surf. I Am Free opens with a bright rush of bitter orange, grapefruit, and lemon that feels like that breeze hitting skin. Litsea cubeba adds a sharp, clean lift that keeps the air around the head clear and vivid. Lemongrass and sea salt drift through the middle, joined by a faint whisper of coconut and white flowers that never turn heavy. Nutmeg and tea give the air a dry, slightly steeped edge. The base stays close, with musk and ambergris smoothing the edges while rosemary, cardamom, and ginger leave a warm, faintly prickly trace on the skin. Nothing here wants to dominate the morning. The scent fits the pace of a slow walk beside open water, where the air tastes of salt and citrus and the day stretches warm and uncluttered in every direction.
