Asswan Bouquet opens with a rush of jasmine sambac and orange blossom that feels bright and slightly dewy. Chinese osmanthus adds a soft, apricot-leaning lift that keeps the start from feeling heavy. The white florals here are dense and creamy rather than airy.
Tuberose takes over quickly and carries a waxy, almost buttery texture. Rose sits underneath and rounds out the edges without turning the heart powdery. Apricot gives the middle a gentle fruitiness that never reads like candy or syrup.
Narcissus in the base brings a faint animalic edge that some will find compelling and others will find off-putting. White cedar extract adds a dry, pale wood that steadies the amber. The woods feel clean and pale rather than resinous or dark.
