Fleur de Mai
Fragrance notes
Sunlight fills a warm greenhouse where clay pots line the wooden benches. Freesia and orange blossom sit in the air first, bright and clean, with geranium adding a fresh, green edge that keeps the opening from feeling heavy. The white florals rise quickly as tuberose takes the center, rich and creamy, followed by gardenia and jasmine. The flowers do not compete. They layer closely, rounded and full, with a soft animalic warmth that sits just beneath the petals. Sandalwood gives the heart a smooth, woody base, while amber adds a golden, resinous weight that pulls the blossoms into a deeper, oriental space. The air smells lush and aromatic, never sharp, with the fresh spicy accord threading through the florals like crushed stems under fingertips.
The light catches the leaves and the scent stays close to the skin, wrapped in white floral and amber.
