It opens with a bright, green nip of mandarin leaf and black currant, a cheerful zing that feels like cracking open a fresh stem. But the top notes fade almost before you finish the first sentence. The heart is a sheer, powdery rose and ylang-ylang, blurred by iris until it reads more like a clean cosmetic haze than an actual flower. On the drydown, soft musk and a whisper of violet-like iris root settle into a translucent skin scent. The whole thing is like a watercolor wash on thin paper, pretty but barely there.
This is not a fragrance that announces itself. It’s a sigh of a flower, not a bouquet. The accords are pleasant enough, natural and polite, but with a longevity barely hitting 2.5 and a sillage that hovers just above your own skin, you will have to press your nose to your wrist to find it after an hour. That is a real weakness, and for the price, it stings.
Who should wear it? Someone who wants a whisper of spring on a casual day, a light office companion, or a post-brunch spritz that won’t compete with the mimosa. Who should skip it? Anyone who expects a fragrance to last through lunch or to be noticed from an arm’s length away. Save it for a sunny Sunday when you want to smell clean, forgettable, and perfectly safe.
