Erato (Эрато)
Fragrance notes
Character
Iris appears in every layer here, but it never repeats itself in the same way twice. The opening is cool and slightly dusty, with plum adding a dark, rounded fruitiness that feels heavy rather than bright. Gardenia enters soon after, lending a creamy white petal softness that pushes the scent toward a boudoir atmosphere.
Whipped cream and vanilla sit close to the skin, thick and sugary without becoming sticky. Peach brings a gentle juice to the base, while sandalwood and labdanum ground the sweetness with a warm, resinous wood. White musk floats through the lower notes, keeping the texture airy even as the gourmand elements pile up.
Boronia adds a faint, almost metallic floral edge that stops the composition from feeling entirely edible. Orris root pulls the iris back toward the earth, giving the powder a rooty, slightly dry texture. The overall impression is lush and deliberate, suited to someone who enjoys a fragrance that announces its presence through density and cream.
Candlelight catches the curved edge of a vanity mirror, reflecting a room filled with silk and quiet conversation.
