Character
New York opens with rose and orange blossom that present a bright floral greeting. The rose carries a soft petal quality while the orange blossom adds a clean, slightly citrus edge. Together they create an immediate impression that feels fresh and direct.
The heart develops tuberose and jasmine. The tuberose is creamy and present, giving the composition a dense floral weight. Jasmine weaves through with a slightly indolic character that adds depth. The flowers do not fight for space but layer into a single white floral accord.
Ambergris and white musk form the base. The ambergris brings an animalic warmth that feels skin-like and slightly salty. White musk smooths the edges and provides a clean foundation. The base keeps the florals from feeling too sharp and adds a gentle amber glow.
