Fig and Raspberry
Fragrance notes
Character
Fig and Raspberry opens with a brisk green snap from the fig leaf and petitgrain. The fig itself feels milky and cool against that sharp backdrop. Raspberry enters soon after, bright and slightly tart rather than candy-like. Ylang-ylang adds a soft floral roundness that keeps the fruit from feeling one-dimensional. Plum deepens the heart with a dark, juicy weight.
Honey and saffron warm the base immediately, giving the blend a golden, resinous glow. Guaiac wood and cashmeran provide a dry, polished wood foundation that prevents the sweetness from becoming overwhelming. Myrrh lends a faintly medicinal, earthy edge to the finish. The overall impression is fruity but grounded in amber and spice.
Nimere Parfums composed this with Nikolay Eremin at the helm. It suits someone who enjoys gourmand touches but wants a woody structure underneath. The mood fits a courtyard table scattered with fallen leaves, a ceramic cup of tea cooling beside a plate of fresh pastries.
