Nilam Nanas
Fragrance notes
Character
Nilam Nanas begins with a sharp green bite from galbanum that cuts through the pineapple and coconut, stopping the opening from turning into a simple beach treat. The rum adds a warm, slightly boozy air, but the galbanum can feel a touch medicinal if you breathe in too close. Jasmine and dreamwood sit at the center, softening the fruit with a creamy, woody heart that feels polished rather than raw. Sandalwood and patchouli give the middle a grounded, earthy weight, keeping the tropical notes from floating away without direction.
Tonka bean, vanilla, amber, and musk wrap the base in a sweet, golden warmth that lingers on skin and fabric like sun on a linen shirt. The blend stays fruity and tropical, yet the woody and aromatic accords pull it toward something more composed than a vacation souvenir. The only drawback remains that first green sting, which can read as harsh before the coconut and jasmine settle the room. Once that edge smooths out, Nilam Nanas feels like a humid garden party where the fruit is fresh, the wood is worn, and the air is thick with vanilla and rum.
