Papiro
Fragrance notes
Character
Guava hits first, dripping and sun-warm, but the five cedars move in before the fruit finishes. They stand upright together, resinous and dry, with black pepper shaking a little heat through the trunk. It is a dense forest wall rather than a tidy row of trees, and the pepper keeps the wood from feeling static.
Leather wraps the base with a creased, worn texture, while oakmoss adds a cool, shaded floor beneath the patchouli. The scent does not retreat. It fills the space around you and stays there, clinging to fabric and air with the same heavy grip from the first spray to the next morning.
Picture a dimly lit wood-paneled bar where the air is thick with smoke and polished timber. The night outside is cold, the kind of evening when a heavy coat is necessary and the streets are quiet. This is a fragrance for that walk back to the car, for those who want their presence felt before they enter the room.
Amberfig built Papiro for the person who wants to be the tallest tree in that forest, casting a long shadow under the streetlights.
