Our take

Femme opens with a brisk spritz of citrus and pink pepper, the pepper more of a tickle than a slap, and then it softens almost immediately into a powdery floral haze. Iris leads the heart, flanked by jasmine and rose, but they feel blurred together, like petals pressed between the pages of a book and left there for years. The base is where it finds its footing: vetiver and patchouli give a mild earthiness, while vanilla and amber add a gentle sweetness that never turns syrupy. The whole thing feels like a weathered canvas tote bag you forgot in the sun, stuffed with dried lavender and a bruised orange rind, and it never gets louder than a whisper.

That whisper is the problem. With longevity barely scraping a 2.8 and sillage even lower, this fragrance evaporates faster than a good intention. It feels pleasant but ultimately mainstream, soft and safe, more synthetic powder than real bloom. It suits someone who wants a polite, office-friendly spring scent that won’t announce itself from across the room. Skip it if you want projection, staying power, or any sense of drama. Wear it on a sunny morning when you plan to be close to people, because the only one who will smell it past lunch is you, and only if you press your nose to your wrist.
