Ambroxan sits underneath it all, lending a mineral weight that keeps the top notes from floating away.
Palo santo and incense take over with a smoky, resinous warmth that feels like standing near a wood stove. Guaiac wood and bay leaf deepen the heart, while ambergris and oakmoss add a damp, forest-floor earthiness. The base is a dense mix of vetiver, myrrh, and patchouli, anchored by sandalwood, cedar, and musk. The overall impression is a rugged, woody scent with a marine accent that never quite settles into a single mood.
Composed by Manuel Alejandro Bojorquez Segovia and launched in 2024, this Pisello Parfum release carries a heavy load of notes that sometimes compete rather than blend. The sheer number of ingredients can make the transitions feel crowded, and the pine-like juniper occasionally clashes with the sweeter mandarin.
