Oud Cafu avoids that trap by immediately grounding the saffron and cinnamon with a milky, fruity softness. The strawberry and apple notes are not bright or tart here. They feel stewed, lending a dense, syrupy texture to the opening that carries straight into the heart. When the rose and honey emerge, they do not lighten the fragrance. They push it deeper. The oud here is potent but not aggressive. It weaves through the amber and vanilla, picking up a woody, leathery dryness that keeps the sweetness from becoming cloying. You do not need to apply much to make an impression.
