Spices and Tease
Fragrance notes
Character
Spices and Tease opens with a sharp bite of black pepper that sits beside a dry vetiver and a thin ribbon of smoke. The pepper feels immediate and bright, while the vetiver adds a grassy, earthy edge that keeps the spice from feeling flat. Smoke lingers in the background and gives the top a slightly rough texture before the heart notes arrive. Kyara incense takes over with a resinous, wood-driven warmth that feels steady rather than loud. Pepperwood or Hercules Club adds a second layer of spice that is smoother than the opening pepper but still crisp. The incense and the pepperwood work together to create a middle that is aromatic and slightly dry, with the smoky accord continuing to thread through the blend.
Cedar anchors the base with a clean, dry wood that supports the incense without adding sweetness. The amber accord sits underneath and gives the drydown a gentle warmth that rounds out the sharper spices. Throughout the wear the fragrance stays woody and spicy, moving from a peppery, smoky start to a resinous, cedar-led finish. It feels balanced between fresh spice and warm resin, with the aromatic facet keeping the profile clear. The scent suits cooler days and evening wear, offering a dry, incense-heavy character built on pepper, smoke, and wood. A lit stick of kyara incense tucked inside a cedar box.
