Saffron and cloves meet bright citrus at the first spray. The orange and tangerine are loud and immediate. Calabrian bergamot and Sicilian lemon add a sharp edge to the spice. Cardamom rounds the opening without softening it too much.
Oakmoss and cypriol bring a damp, forest floor quality to the heart. Bulgarian rose and orange blossom sit quietly underneath. Jasmine adds a faint creaminess. Amber warms the center, but the green and earthy notes stay in front.
Two ouds sit in the base. Indian oud is medicinal and dry. Cambodian oud is smoother and sweeter. Oak, guaiac wood, and mahogany make the wood accord heavy and dense. Vanilla and tonka bean add sweetness, while vetiver and patchouli keep it grounded. Musk lingers at the edges.
