Character
Mister opens with a herbal lift built around basil and pelargonium. Artemisia adds a slightly bitter, green edge that keeps the entrance from leaning sweet too early. The aromatic top notes feel fresh without turning sharp, and the basil carries a kitchen-garden clarity that sits comfortably on skin. As the fragrance moves forward, patchouli enters with an earthy weight that grounds the lighter herbs. Tonka bean follows with a soft, sweet warmth that rounds the patchouli rather than competing with it. The heart feels balanced between dry earth and gentle sugar, and the transition happens smoothly as the green opening fades into darker material.
The base brings tobacco and musk together in a warm, balsamic finish. Tobacco adds a rich, slightly dry smoke that pairs with the patchouli already in place, while musk smooths the edges and helps the blend sit close without thinning out. The sweetness from tonka bean lingers through the drydown and keeps the tobacco from feeling too austere. Woody and spicy facets run through the entire composition, giving it a steady, grounded character that works in cool air and damp mornings. Herbal and aromatic touches remain detectable even as the deeper notes take over, so the opening never feels fully left behind while the heavier elements continue to develop
