Wonder Flower
Fragrance notes
Character
Wonder Flower opens with a cheerful, almost candied burst of pear and goji berries, the almond blossom adding a faintly nutty, powdery softness that feels like the first warm breeze of spring. As it settles, the heart turns surprisingly watery: ripe watermelon meets a bouquet of violet, cyclamen, jasmine, and peony, but the aquatic, ozonic accord keeps everything floating at arm’s length rather than blooming fully. The base of cashmeran, ambergris, and cedar brings a clean, slightly musky warmth, but it’s barely there before the fragrance fades.
This is a sheer glass of rosé lemonade on a park bench, delicate and pretty but gone before you finish the sip. The synthetic edge is obvious, a cheerful drugstore glow rather than any attempt at naturalism or depth. Longevity barely scrapes two hours, and sillage is a whisper at best, which makes the price feel fair only if you love reapplying every ninety minutes.
It suits someone who wants a no fuss, fleeting spritz for a sunny morning errand or a brunch where the conversation matters more than the scent. Skip it if you crave presence, projection, or anything that lasts through lunch. Wear it on a weekday in early spring, when the real flowers are still shy and the air needs a gentle, artificial nudge.
