Signoricci 2
Fragrance notes
Character
Signoricci 2 opens with a bright, tart mix of lemon and lime that feels immediate and clean. Basil and petitgrain add a green, slightly bitter edge that keeps the citrus from leaning sweet. The entrance is sharp and vivid, moving quickly into a heart where aldehydes create a sparkling, slightly metallic lift. Jasmine and mandarin orange soften the brightness with a gentle floral citrus tone, while carnation brings a subtle spicy warmth that grounds the middle without weighing it down.
The base settles into oakmoss and white musk, giving the fragrance a dry, slightly earthy foundation that contrasts the earlier freshness. Amber and tonka bean add a smooth, rounded warmth, though they stay in the background rather than taking over. The overall shape moves from crisp green citrus to a lighter floral arrangement, then finishes on a clean, mossy skin feel that retains a faint spice from the carnation.
This is a scent for bright mornings and open air, suited to days spent outside when the light is clear and the temperature is mild. It feels classic without being heavy, and the aldehydes give it a polished, slightly formal texture that pairs well with casual linen or a simple shirt. The one limitation is the drydown, which turns faint and loses its distinct character as the hour goes on.
