Our take

Mix Litchi, Mandorla opens with bright litchi that feels cool and juicy, softened immediately by a green, slightly peppery coriander that keeps the fruit from becoming syrup. The juiciness stays present as the scent moves into a heart of milk and peony. Here the milk is not heavy cream but a thin, watery layer that makes the flower smell clean and pale rather than lush. Almond in the base is soft and powdery, wrapped in a plain white musk that smooths every edge without adding depth.

The overall impression is a pale pink drink on a warm patio where sunlight hits the glass. It is fruity, lactonic, fresh, and tropical, with just enough floral and nutty sweetness to feel like a treat. The composition stays light and airy, never leaning into the richer side of its oriental floral label.

The coriander sometimes reads more like soap than spice, and the milk can turn faintly sour on skin that runs warm. The almond lacks the toasted depth that would make the drydown interesting, leaving the final stage a bit thin and one-dimensional.
