Fragrance notes
Character
Cloves and cinnamon open the fragrance with a dry, powdery heat that feels like walking past a market stall where baskets of bark and seeds sit in the open air. The spices do not lean sweet or creamy here. They sit upright and slightly austere, more interested in texture than in comfort.
Cypriol and cedar move in soon after, adding a dark, rooty woodiness that keeps the spices from floating away. Elemi brightens the heart just enough to stop it from feeling heavy, introducing a green, resinous lift that works well against the denser woods. Vanilla appears in the base, but it stays quiet and earthy, supported by vetiver’s crisp edge and the smooth presence of sandalwood. The overall impression is warm, woody, and grounded, with a clear vanilla accord that never turns sugary.
