The blend leans aromatic and earthy with an animalic edge that gives it weight. It suits cooler air and dim lighting, the kind of atmosphere where a heavy, resinous scent feels natural rather than overdone. The jasmine is present but muted, playing a supporting role behind the dense oud and amber.
The main drawback remains the top notes. The cloves can read as abrasive before the heart notes breathe, and that rough opening may put off anyone who prefers a smooth, polished start.
