Çelebi
Fragrance notes
Character
Çelebi opens with patchouli and cedar that feel dry and grounded. The wood is prominent from the first moment, supported by benzoin that adds a soft amber warmth without turning sweet. Vetiver sits underneath, giving an earthy edge that keeps the opening from feeling polished or overly refined.
Jasmine and nutmeg take over the center, with ginger adding a fresh spicy lift that cuts through the heavier base. Iso E Super smooths the transition and makes the spices feel airy rather than hot. The white floral note stays muted and works as a bridge between the wood and the spice rather than a true floral statement.
The blend feels aromatic and musky, leaning masculine in its dry, earthy character. It works well during warm days in a garden or while walking through a city street with open air around you. The ginger and jasmine keep it lively when the sun is out. The one limitation is that the jasmine and nutmeg repeat so exactly that the heart and base lose their shape, making the scent feel static after the opening settles.
