Mission 1
Fragrance notes
Character
Mission 1 opens with a bright spray of neroli, lemon, and mandarin orange. The citrus is immediate and clear, leaning into the white floral side of the neroli rather than staying strictly sharp. It feels clean and upright, moving through the air with a steady lift that suits warm air and open windows. The opening carries a distinct freshness that does not try to be complex, focusing instead on a direct, sunlit clarity that sits comfortably on skin during active mornings outdoors.
The heart introduces elemi and parsley. The elemi adds a resinous, slightly peppery edge that keeps the citrus from feeling flat, while the parsley brings a green, herbal touch that reads more like crushed leaves than a kitchen herb. Together they steer the fragrance toward its aromatic accord, giving it a dry, slightly textured middle that avoids heavy sweetness. The transition feels natural, with the citrus softening as the greenery takes a more prominent place.
Cedar, amber, musk, and tonka bean form a base that is warm without becoming dense. The cedar keeps the woodiness dry and structural, while the amber and tonka bean add a gentle, rounded sweetness that lingers beneath the surface. Musk smooths the finish, allowing the fragrance to settle close in a soft, clean way. The overall impression stays fresh and woody, with the citrus, green herbs, and warm base notes all remaining present in a balanced, steady mix that continues to shift subtly as the scent sits on the skin
