The terrace door is open and a cool breeze moves through the room. Someone is peeling a grapefruit at the kitchen table, the bright zest mixing with the steam from a cup of ginger tea. Bergamot adds a polished shine to the air, clean and immediate. The scent sits close to the skin, rising and falling with each breath of wind that enters from the garden.

The water from a nearby fountain carries a faint mineral coolness that settles into the space. It is a sharp, upright feeling, the kind that keeps the mind clear while the morning light stretches across the wooden floor.
Deeper in the room, the air turns warm. Labdanum and amber create a golden weight that rests against the skin, smooth and resinous. Ambroxan lifts that warmth, giving it a modern, slightly synthetic edge that feels deliberate. The citrus has faded into the background, leaving the herbs and the amber to hold the shape of the moment together.
