Our take

The honey in the base is thick and very sweet, which can overwhelm the other elements if the skin runs warm. It pushes the fragrance toward a heavy, syrup-like character that some wearers will find too cloying for daily use.

Green apple and davana open the composition with a bright, fruity lift that feels crisp at first. The fruit gives way to a heart of frankincense, white musk, gardenia, mimosa, and rose. The frankincense adds a dry, resinous edge, while the gardenia and mimosa contribute a soft white floral quality. The rose sits quietly among them, supporting the bouquet without dominating it.

Sandalwood, vetiver, honey, and oud form the base. The sandalwood is creamy, the vetiver earthy, and the oud deep and woody. These notes create a rich foundation, but the honey remains prominent throughout, tying the woods to the floral heart. The white musk lends a powdery finish that aligns with the aromatic and musky accords.

The sweetness is the deciding factor here. The fruit, flowers, and woods are well blended, but the honey never steps back. If a heavy, honey-led profile is not welcome, the rest of the structure will not compensate for it.
