The heart moves into oud, benzoin, and Indonesian patchouli leaf. The oud is prominent and resinous, the benzoin brings a rounded sweetness, and the patchouli adds an earthy, green depth. The transition is noticeable, as the fruit recedes and the wood takes over with a heavier, more serious tone.
The base gathers akigalawood, leather, labdanum, amber, and vanilla. The leather is dry and textured, the amber and vanilla provide warmth without becoming sugary, and the labdanum adds a sticky, resinous quality. The overall impression is dense, animalic, and firmly woody, with the sweetness acting as a background note rather than the main focus.
