Jette Red
Fragrance notes
Character
Jette Red opens with a bright mandarin orange that feels sunlit and immediate. The raspberry adds a juicy, slightly tart edge that keeps the citrus from leaning too sharp. Artemisia brings a cool, herbal touch that cuts through the initial fruit.
Rose and orange blossom sit at the center, soft and white rather than deep or velvety. Iris adds a powdery veil that makes the florals feel dressed and proper. The flowers here are clean, not dewy, and they carry a faint vintage air.
Vanilla and amber in the base create a warm, sweet foundation that leans gourmand without becoming sticky. Patchouli grounds the sweetness with an earthy, slightly dark thread. The drydown is cozy, rounded, and undeniably polished.
The fragrance can feel a bit generic once the initial fruit settles. The powdery iris and sweet vanilla combine into a familiar silhouette that lacks a clear point of view. It smells pleasant and well made, but it rarely surprises the nose.
