Our take

Blue Tea opens with a brisk, almost medicinal dusting of nutmeg over steamed tea leaves, but the tea note here is more of a tactile concept than a literal brew. It dries into a soft bouquet where magnolia and neroli share a clean, soapy aura, with rose adding just a whisper of old world powdery grace. The base of mate, musk and vetiver grounds it in a gentle, grassy hum, but this is no leather clad voyage. It feels like a silk scarf left on a sun warmed windowsill, still carrying the ghost of morning jasmine and clean cotton.

The performance is the catch. With longevity under three hours and sillage that barely nudges the air, Blue Tea is more of a quiet sigh than a statement. It leans fresh, airy and slightly ozonic, like a spring breeze through a white floral garden, but the synthetic edge in the tea accord keeps it from feeling fully natural. Who wants to feel like they are wearing a whisper? Those who prefer a light, elegant skin scent for daytime or office wear, especially in warmer months, will find it lovely. Those craving projection or depth should skip it. It is a delicate watercolor, not an oil portrait, and that can be charming or frustrating depending on your expectations.
