Frankincense and leather form the foundation, with patchouli and Mysore sandalwood rounding out the base. The incense is clean and slightly austere, while the leather adds a firm, dry character that anchors the spices above it. The sandalwood is smooth and steady, providing a woody backdrop that lets the frankincense and leather remain the focus. Aromatic facets run through the composition and keep the overall impression structured.
Silk Dunes works well in bright, warm settings where its spices can breathe in open air. The blend feels deliberate and composed, though the cade oil and leather can become abrasive if the spices are not to your taste.
