Fragrance notes
Character
A workshop table holds a shallow bowl of beeswax and benzoin, their golden weight softened by the dry lift of coriander and cardamom. Ginger and vetiver sit nearby, earthy and bright at once, while sandalwood and guaiac wood press the air into something steady and grounded. Opoponax and myrrh add a resinous depth that feels carved rather than poured, and the birch and Virginia cedar give the space a clean, dry edge. The scent stays near the body, wrapping the person who wears it in a warm, woody layer that does not reach across the room. Patchouli and tonka bean pull the blend toward amber and balsamic, and the French labdanum and Gurjan balsam keep that richness present through a long afternoon without thinning out.
Frankincense curls through the mix like a thin line of smoke that never quite fades, meeting the styrax and the remaining spices in a quiet, aromatic hush. The room feels cooler, the light lower, and the wooden surface under the bowl seems to hold the fragrance as much as the skin does. Every note remains distinct, yet none pulls away from the whole, and the blend feels complete without asking for attention beyond its own circle. The air keeps the shape of the resins and the woods long after the door closes, leaving only the amber and the earthy accords behind.
