Frankincense and saffron rise first, dry and faintly metallic, carrying the scent of resin warmed by a nearby heater. Lily-of-the-valley adds a thin, green freshness that cuts through the heavier spices, keeping the opening from feeling too dense.
Caramel soon enters, but it is not a sugary syrup here. It rests against the floral heart with a burnt, almost smoked texture, blending into guaiac wood and cypriol. Labdanum and patchouli deepen the base, while sandalwood rounds the edges into something smooth. Ambrocenide pushes a mineral, amber weight through the mix, and musk settles everything close to the fabric of a wool coat.
The overall impression is a thick amber caramel layered over dark woody roots. It feels suited to someone who enjoys resinous warmth and a scent that occupies a whole room with heavy spice. The sweetness is real, but the woods and labdanum keep it grounded rather than playful. It is a composition built on amber.
