Character
Marigold and orange lead the opening, joined by tangerine, black currant, bergamot, and lemon. The citrus is bright and immediate, while the currant adds a small dark edge. Peach, jasmine, ylang-ylang, orris, cloves, rose, and nutmeg follow. The peach feels soft next to the spice of cloves and nutmeg, and the florals keep the heart from leaning fully into fruit. Vanilla, sandalwood, musk, patchouli, cedar, and oakmoss form the base. The vanilla and sandalwood carry the scent forward through the day, and the musk keeps it near the body rather than pushing outward across a space.
The wood and powder accords sit beside the sweet and fruity ones, with fresh spicy and warm spicy notes adding a dry lift. It fits a cool morning when the air is crisp and the light is low, or a gray afternoon indoors with a window open. The citrus stays present longer than expected, and the base holds the florals in place without letting them dominate. Cedar and oakmoss give the blend a grounded feel that works when the weather is not warm.
The配方 includes many notes, and some of them compete. The cloves and nutmeg can read sharp next to the peach, and the orris sometimes clashes with the brighter top notes. The vanilla is prominent, which may not suit someone who prefers a dry finish. With so many elements, the blend does not always feel cohesive from start to finish.
