Mediterranean Nights
Fragrance notes
Character
Mediterranean Nights opens with a bright, resinous mix of lemon, orange, bergamot, and mandarin orange. Pine adds a sharp green edge, while incense brings a dry, faintly smoky lift. Cyclamen softens the citrus with a light, watery floral touch that keeps the start from feeling purely acidic.
The heart carries lemon forward into a warmer space. Amber adds a golden, slightly powdery sweetness beside the clean bitterness of sage. Marigold and geranium provide a mild herbal bite, while lily-of-the-valley and jasmine introduce a soft white floral layer. Patchouli in the middle grounds the brighter elements with an earthy, dark tone.
The base settles into amber, moss, patchouli, and cedar. Moss adds a damp, forest-floor quality that pairs with the dry wood of cedar. The repeated lemon and amber across the structure make the composition feel cohesive but slightly repetitive, as the citrus never fully steps aside for the deeper materials to lead.
